Just another experiment. I don”t always draw faces since I prefer to draw landscapes and nature. However, this quick sketch reminded me of someone I used to work with.

Edges of the River

Don”t be afraid to experiment!
This is what I learnt by continuing to draw using Charcoal. I wasn”t really focused on what the result was going to be, I just drew something quickly that came into my head.

Emanating Lines

My niece was surprised that I was able to draw such straight lines. Again, this was a practice drawing and the point of the experiment is that you can do whatever you like but it is always likely to provoke some kind of feedback from other people!

Beach Homes at the Cliff Edge

This was another rapid drawing, where I was practicing the line strokes and trying to get a sense of imagery that I had in my mind. I ended up doing an interesting building (to the right) which is effectively embedded to the cliff edge.
